We are delighted to share the incredible initiative undertaken by Letics FC, as they recently hosted a two-day medical service brigade to cater to the needs of their families and community members requiring vital medical services. This event proved to be a lifeline for many individuals, as they received much-needed care and support that is often inaccessible to many in Tijuana.
The brigade brought together a team of dedicated professionals, including 14 U.S. Medical Doctors, 9 U.S. Nurses, and 4 U.S. Dentists, along with 40 enthusiastic event volunteers. Their collective efforts created a profound impact on the community, reaching out to a staggering total of 820 patients, comprising 368 adults and 452 kids.
Over the course of the two days, community members benefit ed from a range of medical services, including dental, vision, and health examinations. The Letics FC brigade not only conducted thorough examinations but also provided immediate treatments and prescribed essential medications to those in need.
